A vital resource for the wine growers who are dedicated to growing high-quality grapes for the state’s ever-expanding industry, the VVA is proud to support over 500 members! Here’s why it makes sense to join:

6 Reasons to Join the VVA

1. Members receive invitations and discounted rates for the VVA’s premier annual educational and social event – the three-day VVA Winter Technical Meeting; the annual summer meeting and social at a working vineyard or farm; and other workshops and events, such as the Eastern Winery Exposition.

2. As a member, you can buy, sell, trade and recruit through our online VVA Exchange classified listings.

3. The VVA keeps you in touch with grape growers around the state and provides news and advice you can use through our quarterly Grape Press newsletter as well as email blasts on issues affecting the industry.

4. The VVA supports research dedicated to improving viticultural practices in the Commonwealth.

5. The VVA represents and promotes the wine grape industry at the local, state and federal levels independently and by collaborating with the Virginia Wine Council and the Virginia Wineries Association.

6. Growers may be eligible for discounted dues and preferred partner savings when they also join the Virginia Wineries Association.
