2023 Notice to Out-of-State Wineries

Are you a winery outside Virginia that wants to advertise for wine grapes grown in Virginia?
1. If you are a New York winery, you can place an ad for free under “Seeking Grapes” for the 2023 season. Please email the following information to the VVA office at info@virginiavineyardsassociation.org:

City/State
Ad Title
Ad Description (2-3 sentences)
Contact Number and/or Email Address
2. If you are a winery from another state, please follow the instructions for Non-Members listed below. A membership fee or classified ad fee is required.

THE VVA EXCHANGE is an online classified ad section for our members. Click HERE to place your ad or scroll down the page to review the ad categories and then click on “PLACE AN AD” to start the process. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • The general public can see and respond to ads, but only VVA members may post an ad for free.
  • The Exchange is intended as a SERVICE TO GROWERS who want to share information about crops, equipment, supplies and job opportunities that they may have available.
  • The Exchange DOES NOT accept general commercial advertising (e.g., equipment dealers, bottlers, consultants, supply manufacturers, etc.). Display ads are available in our quarterly newsletter. Details listed below.
  • You will have the option of uploading images for your listing. We ask that you only add one or two photos. If you have more, add a line in your ad stating to “contact you for more photos”.

VVA MEMBERS: Please complete the Exchange Listing Form. Upon review of your ad, it will be posted to the Exchange, usually in 48-72 hours. Postings to the Exchange are automatically deleted after 60 days.

NON-MEMBERS: The non-member fee for the placement of a single classified ad is $125. Email the office at info@virginiavineyardsassociation.org to place your ad. Anyone with an interest in Virginia viticulture is welcome to join the VVA, so if you’re not a member but would like the opportunity to post classified ads here, please consider becoming a VVA member. The annual membership fee is $100, which allows you unlimited posts on the Exchange for one year (memberships run January to December). Join here (once your membership is activated you will be able to post). Ads remain listed for 60 days.

INTERESTED IN AN ITEM LISTED? Please respond DIRECTLY to the person listed in the post. Do not post comments on the listing as the person who listed the item(s) may not receive the information in a timely manner.
