Wine Analysis Workshop at Virginia Tech

For the third consecutive year, Virginia Tech Enology Extension and the Department of Food Science and Technology will be offering a wine analysis workshop June 23-24, 2016. Space is limited so please register early. These will be hands-on sessions with a focus on laboratory analysis with limited classroom lecture.
