Hopefully you will not have much fruit left still hanging in the vineyard that is not waiting to be harvested as we do at one of our vineyards.  If you do then just how important is it to drop this fruit?  We have fruit that was hail damaged earlier in the year and fruit that simply did not ripened due to  the weather that has now been reduced to skin and seeds, which rattle when dry.  Do we go to the cost of time and expenditure to drop this fruit when there is so much else left to do in the vineyard and we have already lost so much time and effort on these grapes?
