Grape Press

Grape Press, the quarterly publication of the Virginia Vineyards Association, is focused exclusively on the needs of wine grape growers in the Commonwealth. Our mission is to inform and educate vineyard owners, managers, and workers about important issues pertaining to Virginia wine grape production, from rootstock and varietal considerations to harvest and sustainability practices. The majority of our articles are written by growers for growers.

Grape Press also seeks to encourage a sense of community by focusing on the men and women who are playing a vital role in Virginia’s continuing development as a premier source of great wine. We welcome editorial contributions on topics of interest to growers as well as photos that showcase vineyards in Virginia.
