Job Title: Vineyard Manager

As part of this mission, we are seeking a talented Vineyard Manager to lead our vineyards to new heights of excellence.
Role Overview:
As Vineyard Manager, you will oversee day-to-day vineyard operations and manage a dedicated team of 10 vineyard workers. Working closely with our experienced winemaking team, you will ensure vine health, elevate fruit quality, and implement best-in-class viticulture practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of vineyard operations, including pruning, crop management, pest and disease control, and implementing spray programs.
- Maintain compliance with HR, OSHA, and DOL requirements, including H2A applications and employee safety programs.
- Oversee general farm maintenance, landscaping, and efficient use of farm equipment.
- Collect and analyze vineyard data, write reports, and collaborate on strategies to improve vineyard performance.
Desired Qualifications:
- B.S. in Viticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of vineyard management experience, including 2+ years managing a team.
- Fluency in Spanish to communicate effectively with the vineyard crew.
- Proficiency in farm equipment operation and maintenance.
- Valid pesticide applicator license (or ability to renew).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; adept in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
