Cabernet Sauvignon escaped the frost have about 3T-4T available. Harvest late Sept- early Oct normally around 3.4-3.6 pH and 22-24 Brix. Also have a few tons of PV and CF that will likely harvest same timeframe. Yield and quality diminished due to frost (secondaries not as fruitful and retarded). Would not expect > 23 Brix.
Normally I harvest and have ready for you to load on your trailer when you get here, however you can send your crew to pick and transport if you want. We can work it out and negotiate price accordingly .
As a starting point, If I pick and have staged for you upon arrival 3.4-3.6 pH and 23+Brix, CS is $3000/Ton. You pick, want it earlier, or we work out something else out we reduce price from there. Same arrangement for CF and PV but start at $2400/Ton. If you take everything, then we work out a sweet deal.
