Rappahannock Cellars is seeking a full time cellar worker to join our team. More important than experience is a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn. We are passionate about wine and strive to provide continuing education and professional development. Our production crew is a team from the vineyard to the bottle and duties will encompass every aspect of the winemaking process. As a team, we value input from all members in pursuit of better wine.
Primary responsibilities will be in the cellar performing barrel work, racking, filtration, cleaning, and bottling; however our ideal candidate is someone who can grow in the position to be cross trained in sparkling production, lab work, and vineyard operations.
$16-$22/hr DOE.
