Cellar Manager
Purpose of Job :
Cellar responsibilities consist of overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. This includes managing inventory, coordinating shipments, ensuring quality control, and overseeing the production process. The Manager also plays a crucial role in managing the cellar’s budget, analyzing data, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. Additionally, you are responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment as well as managing any cellar and vineyard workers and coordinating with other departments within the business.
Additional Information: This is a full-time salaried position with paid holiday, vacation and sick leave. Compensation for this position is commensurate with experience.
