This vineyard sits on a 2,300 acre farm located in North Garden, just a few hundred feet from route 29. It was planted in spring of 2019 and currently has 12 acres under vine as of 2026 with room to expand in the future.
The sale portion is for all of the vines, trellis equipment, posts, 8′ deer fence along entire perimeter, permanent netting on all blocks as well as about an acre of additional metal posts for growth. There are roughly 4-5 more acres available to plant with the current fencing. Owner financing available with some money down.
The land the vineyard sits on is leased, but the lease is less than $3,000/year for the entire fenced in area. Its a great way to get a prime location, full production vineyard for a very low price.
