Attn VVA Member Wineries:
I am writing you concerning the wines for the VVA Winter Technical meeting. As you know we rely on your wine donations for the
Friday evening wine reception. This is one of the highlights of the weekend; not only is it great for us wine lovers, but it provides us an opportunity to share the best of Virginia wines with our visiting speakers. Your donation helps the VVA and as an added perk, it is tax deductible for you.
Please drop your wine at the registration table when you arrive Thursday or Friday. Make sure you sign in the number of bottles on the donation sheet.From there we will take care of getting the wines to the Omni staff for serving that evening.
For planning
purposes it helps us if you notify us of the donation you plan to bring ahead of time at vvatreasurer@gmail.com, but even if you can’t let us know ahead of time we will gladly accept any donation you would like to bring. I look forward to seeing you all at the meeting.
