For the third consecutive year, Virginia Tech Enology Extension and the Department of Food Science and Technology will be offering a wine analysis workshop June 23-24, 2016. Space is limited so please register early. These will be hands-on sessions with a focus on laboratory analysis with limited classroom lecture.

Please see attached tentative agenda and registration form for more information. There is a $250 registration fee to cover costs associated with this workshop. Registration is on a first-come basis. Payment must be received by June 10, 2016.

We are limiting registration to one attendee per winery, please. I have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn, Christiansburg ($95/double) if interested. There are other options in the area that you can secure on your own if desired. I will be sending directions, hotel information, other details next week.
