Wxrisk, which has a very good track record when it comes to weather forecasts, is warning of possible frost on Wednesday April 16, and a likely frost on Thursday morning, April 17. In addition to Maryland and parts of North Carolina and West Virginia, this weather event could affect Central and Southwest Virginia, including the Northern Piedmont and Shenandoah Valley.
